| 摘 要： | 对102例甲状腺疾病进行造影,并改进了穿刺方法,提高了造影的准确性。有病理证实者89例,与病理诊断相符的有79例,二例甲状腺机能减退,治疗效果良好。甲状腺造影对甲状腺瘤、癌和结节性甲状腺肿显示更清楚,诊断优于碘~(131)扫描。颈部淋巴结显影与否,对早期甲状腺癌与腺瘤的鉴别很少有意义。

A Report on thyroidogrophy of 102cases |

| Abstract: | 102 Cases of thyroid diseaes were studied with thyroidoography and the method to puncture has been improved to raise the accur acy of thyroidography.The diagnosis of 89cases was confirmed pat hologically.The thyroidography in keeping with pathology was 79 ases.The tratment efficacy of two cases with thyropenia was ber ter.Thyroidography for thyrophyma,thyroid cancer and multinodulag oitre was showed to be clearer.It is better than ~(131)I Scanning, Whether showing lymph nodes of neck is of little significance for distinquishing early thyroid cancer and thyrophyma. |
