| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肺癌患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)与肺癌分期、细胞学类型及淋巴结转移的关系。方法采用ELISA法检测70例原发肺癌与20例健康人MMP-2的血清水平。结果肺癌患者血清MMP-2(298.44±107.55μg.ml-1)显著高于健康对照组(59.99±23.38μg.ml-1)(P<0.01)。血清MMP-2的含量与肺癌的临床分期及淋巴结转移显著相关。结论血清MMP-2可作为一个预测肺癌转移和治疗反应的良好指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between expression of serum MMP-2 levels and clinicopathological characteristics in the patients with primary lung cancer.Methods The expression of serum MMP-2 was detected in 70 lung cancer patients and 20 healthy persons before surgery.The association between serum MMP-2 levels and clinicopathological features was analyzed.Results serum MMP-2 levels in pulmonary carcinoma patients were significantly higher than those in healthy people.The expression of MMP-2 was closely related to lymph node metastasis and clinical stages(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum level of MMP-2 is closely correlated to lymph node metastasis and clinical stages in lung carcinoma,which may serve as a parameter for determining tumor invasion and metastatic. |
