布地奈德联合盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎疗效观察

目的观察布地奈德和盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法80例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为2组,对照组40例给予抗感染、吸氧、止咳等常规治疗,观察组40例在常规治疗的基础上,给予布地奈德和盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗;观察2组患儿主要临床症状消失时间及疗效。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组咳嗽消失时间、喘憋消失时间、哮鸣音消失时间、湿啰音消失时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.01);2组患儿均无明显不良反应发生。结论布地奈德和盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎疗效显著。

Curative effect of atomized inhalation of budesonide and ambroxol hydrochloride on infants with bronchiolitis

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of atomized inhalation of budesonide ambroxol hydrochloride on infants with bronchiolitis.Methods Eighty infants with bronchiolitis were randomly divided into two groups.Forty patients in the control group were given conventional therapies,such as anti-infection,oxygen inhalation,stop-coughing,etc.;treated with the same conventional therapies,forty patients in the observation group were given atomized pulmicort and ambroxol hydrochloride inhalation therapy.The extinction time of main clinical symptom and the curative effect in both groups were observed.Results There were higher total effective rate in the observation group than that of the control group(P<0.01);and shorter tussis extinction time,wheeze extinction time,wheezing rale extinction time,moist rale extinction time and length of stay(LOS) in the observation group than those of the control group(P<0.01).There were no significant adverse effect in both groups.Conclusion Atomized inhalation of budesonide and ambroxol hydrochloride can cure bronchiolitis effectively.
