凝聚胺法检测孕妇血清中IgG抗-A和抗-B抗体效价的意义

目的探讨O型血孕妇血清IgG抗-A(抗-B)抗体效价与新生儿溶血病(HDN)的关系。方法采用血型血清学方法,对407对夫妇血型不合的孕妇进行IgG抗-A(抗-B)抗体效价检测。结果407例O型孕妇中IgG抗体效价≥1∶64者195例(占总数47.9%),抗-A 130例,抗-B 65例。其中发生ABO-HDN 38例,抗-A 27例,抗-B11例,总发生率9.3%。结论夫妇血型不合应及时检测孕妇IgG抗体,随着孕妇体内IgG抗体效价的增高,新生儿ABO溶血病的发病率也随之升高。

The significance of the valence of IgG antibody A(B) in pregnant women with blood type O by polybrene method

Objective To explore the relationship between hemolytic disease of newborn and the valence of IgG antibody A(B) in pregnant women with blood type O by polybrene method.Methods By means of blood group serology assay,the valence of IgG antibody A(B) was measured in 407 pregnant women from couples of ABO blood type incompatibility.Results Among 407 maternal sera,titer of IgG antibody A(B) more than 1∶64 were found in 195 cases(47.9%),and antibody A and antibody B were 130 cases and 65 cases respectively.There was ABO-HDN in 38 cases(9.3%),and antibody A was 27 cases,antibody B was 11 cases.Conclusion To some couples of ABO blood type incompatibility,the level of IgG antibody A(B) should be tested in pregnant women promptly,the higher the valence of antibody in the serum was,the more the incidence of HDN was.
