多西紫杉醇联合奥沙利铂和5-氟尿嘧啶治疗晚期胃癌41例

目的观察多西紫杉醇联合奥沙利铂和5-氟尿嘧啶方案治疗晚期胃癌的客观疗效、疾病进展时间、生存时间和毒性反应。方法41例晚期胃癌患者给予多西紫杉醇35 mg.m-2(第1天,第8天,第15天),奥沙利铂85 mg.m-2(第1天,第8天,第15天),5-氟尿嘧啶500 mg.m-2(第1天至第5天),28 d为1周期,疗程4周期。结果41例患者中完全缓解3例,部分缓解21例,稳定10例,进展7例,总有效率58.54%;中位疾病进展时间为5.73个月。常见的毒性反应为白细胞和中性粒细胞减低、腹泻和周围神经毒性反应等。结论多西紫杉醇联合奥沙利铂、5-氟尿嘧啶化疗方案治疗晚期胃癌的疗效显著,耐受性较好。

Docetaxel combined with oxaliplatin and fluorouracil for treatment of 41 cases of advanced gastric cancer

Objective To evaluate the objective effect,the time of progression of disease,live time and toxic reaction of docetaxel combined with oxaliplatin and fluorouracil in patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods Forty-one patients with advanced gastric cancer were administrated with docetaxel 35 mg·m-2(1st,8th,15th day),oxaliplatin 60 mg·m-2(1st,8th,15th day) and fluorouracil 500 mg·m-2(1～5 d) in 28-day cycle of therapy for 4 cycles.Results Among 41 cases,3 cases were complete remission,21 cases were partial remission,10 cases were stable disease,7 cases were progressive disease,the total effective rate was 58.54 %,the median time of progression of disease was 5.73 months.The most common toxic effects were leucopenia,neutropenia,diarrhea and peripheral neuropathy and so on.Conclusion Aocetaxel combined with oxaliplatinand and fluorouracil chemotherapy in treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer posses significant effect and better tolerability.
