舒肝宁注射液治疗新生儿高胆红素血症疗效观察

目的探讨舒肝宁注射液治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的效果。方法 87例新生儿高胆红素血症患儿分为2组,对照组43例给予常规综合治疗,观察组44例在常规综合治疗的基础上给予舒肝宁注射液静脉滴注,早产儿1.0 mL.kg-1.d-1,足月儿1.0～1.5 mL.kg-1.d-1加入100 g.L-1葡萄糖10～20 mL中静脉滴注,每日1次,5 d为1个疗程。比较2组日平均总胆红素下降值及总胆红素降至正常水平所需时间。结果 2组患儿治疗前血清总胆红素值比较差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组日均总胆红素下降值明显高于对照组(P<0.01);血清总胆红素降至正常水平所需时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间2组患儿均未出现明显不良反应。结论舒肝宁注射液治疗新生儿高胆红素血症有较好的疗效,可缩短黄疸持续时间,且无明显副作用。

Efficacy of Shuganning injection in treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia

Objective To discuss the effect of Shuganning injection in treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Methods Eighty-seven patients with neonatal hyperbilirubinemia were divided into two groups,the 43 patients in control group were given conventional combined treatment,while the 44 patients in observation group were received Shuganning intravenous injection on the basis of conventional combined treatment,premature children 1.0 mL·kg-1·d-1,full-term children 1.0-1.5 mL·kg-1·d-1 by adding 100 g·L-1glucose intravenous infusion of 10-20 mL,once a day for 5 days.The average daily decline in the value of bilirubin and required time that the bilirubin levels returned to normal were compared between two groups.Results There was no statistical significance in serum total bilirubin before treatment between two groups(P>0.05);The declined value of bilirubin in observer group is significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01),the required time that the bilirubin levels returned to normal was significantly less than control group(P<0.05).Significant adverse reactions were not found in two groups during treatment.Conclusion Shuganning injection has a good effect in treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia and can shorten the duration of jaundice without significant side effects.
