大学生归因风格、社会支持与心理健康的关系

目的探讨大学生归因风格、社会支持与心理健康的关系。方法采用归因风格问卷(ASQ)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)对400名在校大学生进行测量。结果大学生心理健康状况总体上低于常模。大学生积极归因风格与心理健康呈正相关(P<0.05);除恐怖因子外,SCL-90各因子均与积极归因风格得分和消极归因风格得分的差分(CPCN)呈显著负相关(P<0.05);SCL-90的躯体化、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、精神病性5个因子及总分与社会支持各因子及总分呈显著负相关(P<0.05);强迫症状、敌对与客观支持、支持总分呈显著负相关(P<0.05);偏执与客观支持、主观支持、支持总分呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论大学生归因风格、社会支持对心理健康水平均会产生重要影响。

Study on relationship among college students' attribution style ,social support and mental health

Objective To study the relationship among students′ attribution styles,seeking social support and mental health.Methods Four hundred college students were measured by using students′ attributional style questionnaire（ASQ）,social support rating scale（SSRS） and symptom checklist（SCL-90）.Results Mental health of college students in general was lower than the normal population.There was significantly positive correlation between positive attributional style and mental health（P〈0.05）,but there were significantly negative correlation between various dimensions of SCL-90 and CPCN dimension except for terror factors（P〈0.05）.Somatization,interpersonal relation,depression,anxiety,psychotic factors and SCL-90 total scores were significantly negatively correlated to social support factors and total score（P〈0.05）.Obsessive-compulsive symptoms and hostility were significantly negatively correlated to objective support and support for total score（P〈0.05）.Bigotry was significantly negatively correlated with objective support,subjective support and support for total score（P〈0.05）.Negative attributional style,positive attributional style,objective support and subjective support predict mental health.Conclusion Students′ attribution style and social support have important impact on mental health.
