大力补和丙酸睾丸酮治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血

1972年2月至1985年5月收治的67例再生障碍性贫血患者,分别采用大力补和丙酸睾丸酮治疗.大力补组的有效率(85.71%)显著高于丙酸睾丸酮组(56.25%),且大力补有较后者见效快,可口服等优点.缺点易致GPT 升高,但经保肝治疗可迅速恢复.我们认为大力补是治疗再生障碍性贫血较理想的药物之一.

Analysis on the Therapeutic Effects of Dianabol And Propionate Testerone in 67 Patients with Aplastic Anemia

From February 1972 to May 1985,67 patients with Aplastic Anemia were admitted to the med- ical ward of Fangcheng County's Hospital,Henan Province.These patients,including 47 cases of primary Aplastic Anemia and 20 cases of secondary aplastic anemia,were treated with Dianabol and Propionate testerone respec- tively.the results showed that the therapeutic effect of dianabol has significant advantage over Propionate testerone.The effective rates of dianabol and propionate testerone are 85.71% and 56.25%, respectively.The merits of dianabol are its therapeutic effects apears more rapidly and it can be taken orally.The demerits of dianabol are to result in elevation of SGPT,but the liver injury caused by this medicine can be cured by means of the protective treatment for liver.It is thought that dianabol is one of the more ideal androgen for the treatment of aplastic anemia.
