| 摘 要： | 目的探讨低位直肠癌应用吻合器保肛手术后吻合口漏的预防及治疗方法。方法对300例低位直肠癌患者,用吻合器行低位直肠癌保肛手术。应用自行设计简易引流管引流、冲洗保守治疗吻合口漏。结果300例中吻合口漏发生率为5%,治疗后吻合口漏均愈合,平均愈合时间7.5d,无二次手术。结论该手术方法治疗低位直肠癌保肛成功率高,用自行设计简易引流管引流、冲洗保守治疗吻合口漏效果好。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore measures of prevention and cure of sphincter-preserving surgery of low rectal cancer using stapler for postoperative stomal leak.Methods Three hundred patients with low rectal cancer were performed with sphincter-preserving surgery of low rectal cancer using stapler.Drainage and lavaging were performed for expectant treatment of stomal leak using simple self-designed drainage tube.Results Out of 300 cases,occurrence of stomal leak was 5% and healing of stomal leak was obtained after treatment,mean healing time was 7.5 days and no event such as second surgery occurred.Conclusion Successful rate of the surgical method for sphincter-preserving of low rectal cancer,and it is effective of the application of simple self-designed drainage tube for the treatment of stomal leak. |
