血必净注射液治疗重症急性胰腺炎疗效观察

目的观察中药血必净注射液治疗重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)的临床疗效。方法68例SAP患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组常规给予禁食、禁水、胃肠减压、大量补充液体、纠正电解质紊乱、抗生素控制感染、抑制胰液分泌、解痉及止痛等西医综合治疗,共14 d;观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用血必净注射液静脉滴注,每日2次,连用7 d,7 d后停用血必净注射液,继续维持西医综合治疗7 d。治疗结束后观察疗效。结果观察组患者治疗后体温恢复时间,恶心呕吐消失时间,腹痛消失时间,白细胞、血淀粉酶、尿淀粉酶恢复正常时间均小于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,病死率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药血必净注射液对于SAP具有良好的治疗作用。

Effect of xuebijing injection on severe acute pancreatitis

Objective To observe the clinic curative effect of xuebijing injection on severe acute pancreatitis （SAP）. Methods 68 cases patients with SAP were divided into control group and observation group. Such medicine comprehensive treatment as fasting, water-deprivation, gastrointestinal decompression, making up lots of fluids and corrective electrolytes disturbance, controlling infection,inhibiting secretion of pancreatic juice, removing spasm and stopping pain were done in control group for 14 days;and based on the treatment of control group,xuebijing injection was added to the treatment in observation group for 7 days continuously,2 times per day. Xuebijing injection was stopped after 7 days, and medicine comprehensive treatments continued for another 7 days in observation group. The clinical curative effects after the treatment were observed. Results Recovery time of temperature, disappeared time of nausea and vomiting and abdominal pain, recovery time of white cell, blood and urine amylase of patients in observation group were lower than those in control group （ P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0.01 ）. The total effective rate in observation group was obviously higher than that in control group, and the case fatality was obviously lower than that in control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion It is good clinical curative effect of xuebijing injection in treating SAP.
