空肠弯曲菌口服全菌佐剂疫苗研究

目的采用明胶为空肠弯曲菌死疫苗的佐剂,灌胃免疫小鼠,评价佐剂全菌死疫苗的免疫原性。方法采用空肠弯曲菌全菌死疫苗肌肉注射(A组),用明胶为佐剂全菌死疫苗(B组),全菌死疫苗(C组)及PBS(正常对照组)灌胃免疫Balb/c小鼠;接种3次,间隔7d,末次接种1周后收集小鼠血清和小肠粘液。采用ELISA间接法检测各组血清抗体IgGI、gAI、gM和肠道粘液抗体SIgA水平。结果A、B、C组血清抗体IgGI、gAI、gM和肠道粘液抗体SIgA水平均高于正常对照组,B组明显高于C组有统计学差异(P<0.05),A组与B组间没有统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论明胶作佐剂的全菌死疫苗口服具有良好的免疫原性,可作为口服疫苗佐剂后选。

Research of immunogenicity in mice after gastric larvae immunized with the adjuvant vaccine of inactive attenutated campylobacter jejuni

Objective To evaluate the immunogenicity of vaccine,the mice were inoculated against the adjuvant vaccine of campylobacter jejuni(CJ) that the gelatin was used as adjuvant by intragastric immunization.Methods The Balb/c mice were inoculated by gastrogavage against he inactive attenutated whole-cell vaccine(group C),adjuvant vaccine(group B)and the PBS(normal control) and inoculated by intramascular injection against the inactive attenutated whole-cell vaccine(group A)of CJ according to three times and interval seven days.The sera and intestinal fluid were collected after one week at last immunization.The specific IgG,IgA,IgM in serum and sIgA in intestinal fluid were assayed by ELISA.Results In every experimental team,the antibodies in sera or in intestinal fluid were positive,compared with the normal control(P<0.05).The concentration of IgG,IgA,IgM and sIgA in group B were higher than group C(P<0.05),There was no difference between group B and group A(P>0.05).Conclusion The adjuvant vaccine have better immunogenicity by intragastric immunization and the gelatin can be used as adjuvant of oral vaccine.
