胫骨高位截骨骑缝钉内固定治疗膝内翻型骨性关节炎12例

目的评价胫骨高位截骨术治疗膝内翻型骨性关节炎的疗效。方法2003年7月至2005年7月对12例15个膝关节行胫骨高位截骨并用记忆合金骑缝钉内固定,术后管型石膏固定6周,再拆除石膏锻炼。结果随访8~24个月,平均15个月,胫骨截骨处骨愈合时间为8~12周,平均10周。优8膝,良5膝,可2膝,优良率87%。结论胫骨高位截骨骑缝钉内固定治疗膝内翻型骨性关节炎效果显著。

Osteotomy in high tibia with internal fixation with staple for treatment of 12 cases of osteoarthritis complicated bowleg

Objective To evaluate efficacy of oteotomy in high tibia with internal fixation with staple for treatment of osteoarthritis complicated bowleg.Methods Twelve(n=15) cases of osteoarthritis complicated bowleg were performed with osteotomy in high tibia with internal fixation with alligation staple and fixed with plaster cast for 6 weeks and guided for exercising after remove of plaster from July 2003 to July 2005.Results Eight to twenty-four months were performed with follow up,mean 15 months.Healing time was 8 to 12 weeks,mean 10 weeks.Eight knees were excellent,5 were good and 2 were common and rate of fineness were 87%.Conclusion It is effective that oteotomy in high tibia with internal fixation with staple for treatment of osteoarthritis complicated bowleg.
