| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨麦胚提取物对骨质疏松症的防治作用。方法 体外培养新生大鼠颅骨成骨细胞 ,然后用噻唑蓝 (MTT)法测定麦胚提取物对体外培养成骨细胞的增殖作用 ,氨基安替比林测酚法测成骨细胞内碱性磷酸酶 (ALP)活性 ,茜素红染色方法 (ARS)研究对成骨细胞矿化的影响。结果 0 10 g·L-1的麦胚提取物可以促进体外培养大鼠成骨细胞的增殖和分化作用 ,0 5 0g·L-1促使成骨细胞矿化结节的形成。结论 麦胚提取物可以提高成骨细胞的增殖和分化 ,并有促进矿化的功能

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the prophylactic and curative effects of wheat embryo extract for osteoporosis. Methods The osteoblastic cells from cranial bone of newborn rat was cultured.The proliferation of osteoblast was measured by thiazolyl blue,activity of alkaline-phosphotase was observed with Golden's method and alizarin red stain was used to measure the mineral nodes of osteoblasts.Results The weat embryo extract with some dose had the effcts on stimulating the proliferation,differentiation of osteoblasts and increase the forming of the mineral nodes of osteoblasts.Conclusion The wheat embryo extract can stimulate the proliferation, differentiation and mineralization of rat calvarial osteoblastic cells. |
