舌瓣和颊脂垫瓣修复老年颊部缺损疗效观察

目的探讨舌瓣和颊脂垫瓣修复老年颊部缺损患者的临床疗效。方法选取36例老年颊部缺损患者,分为舌瓣修复组和颊脂垫瓣修复组,每组18例。舌瓣修复组用舌体舌瓣进行修复,颊脂垫瓣修复组于组织缺损区边缘的近颊脂垫处进行修复。术后随访1～12个月,观察伤口愈合情况及手术后是否发生并发症。结果舌瓣修复组总有效率100.00%,颊脂垫瓣修复组总有效率94.50%(17/18),2组并发症发生率均为16.67%(3/18),差别均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论舌瓣和颊脂垫瓣修复老年颊部缺损均具有创伤小、并发症少和手术风险小等优点,严格把握好手术适应证可在临床上推广应用。

Observation of curative effects of lingual flap and buccal fat pad applied in the gerontism buccal defects

Objective To study an effective therapy of lingual flap and buccal fat pad on reconstruction of the gerontism buccal defects. Methods Thirty-six cases with gerontism buccal defects were divided into lingual flap group and buccal fat pad group,eighteen cases in each group. Buccal defects were repaired with lingual flap in lingual flap group and repaired with buccal fat pad in buccal fat pad group. Then follow-up visit 1 -12 months after the operation,the condition of cut concrescence and postoperative complications were observed. Results The effective rates were 100. 00% and 94. 50% ( 17 /18) respectively in lingual flap group and buccal fat pad group. Both rates of two groups' complications were 16. 67% ( 3 /18). There was no statistical significance between the differences ( P > 0. 05). Conclusion The lingual flap and buccal fat pad with minimal donor site morbidi-ties,few complications,minimal risks and other advantages,can be popularized in clinical application for the indication of buccal defects.
