冠状动脉病变程度及Gemini积分与血清脂联素和高敏C反应蛋白的相关性

摘    要:目的探讨血清脂联素(APN)和高敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)的水平与冠状动脉不同病变程度及Gemini积分的相关性。方法 204例冠状动脉病变患者根据冠状动脉的狭窄程度分为冠状动脉狭窄<50%组(Ⅰ组,n=78)和冠状动脉狭窄程度≥50%组(Ⅱ组,n=126),并选择冠状动脉正常的体检者45例作为对照组(Ⅲ组)。酶联免疫吸附测定法检测受试者血清APN和hsCRP水平,并计算Gemini积分,比较3组患者血清APN、hsCRP水平及Gemini积分的差异,并分析三者之间的相关性。结果Ⅱ组患者血清hsCRP水平和Gemini积分显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组,APN水平显著低于Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ⅰ组患者血清hsCRP水平和Gemini积分显著高于Ⅲ组,APN水平显著低于Ⅲ组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清APN水平与hsCRP水平和Gemini积分均呈负相关(r1=-0.512 7,r2=-0.432 6,P<0.05);Gemini积分与hsCRP水平呈正相关(r=4.138 2,P<0.05)。结论血清APN和hsCRP水平能够反映冠状动脉的病变程度,并与Gemini积分存在相关性。

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship of adiponectin (APN) and high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP) with the degree of coronary artery stenosis and Gemini integral. Methods Two hundred and four patients with coro- nary artery stenosis who were confirmed by coronary angiography were divided into two groups according to the degree of coro- nary artery stenosis,78 cases in group I ,degree of coronary artery stenosis 〈50%. 126 cases in group 11 ,degree of coronary artery stenosis ≥50%. Forty-five healthy people were selected as control group( group III ). APN and hsCRP levels were meas- ured by enzyme-linked immunosorhent assay, Gemini integral was calculated. The differences of them among the three groups and the relationships of APN and CRP with Gemini integral were analyzed. Results Compared with group I and III, the level of hsCRP and Gemini integral were higher, while the level of APN was lower in group 11 , there were significant differences ( P 〈 O. 05 ). Compared with group ~, the level of hsCRP and Gemini integral were higher, while the level of APN was lower in group I , the differences were significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). The level of APN was negatively correlated with hsCRP and Gemini inte- gral(rI = - 0. 512 7, r2 = - 0. 432 6, P 〈 0.05 ). Gemini integral was possitively correlated with the level of hsCRP ( r = 4.138 2,P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The levels of APN and hsCRP in serum can reflect the degree of coronary artery stenosis, and they have correlation with Gemini integral.
