| 摘 要： | 目的评价解剖型髁钢板内固定治疗复杂粉碎性股骨下端骨折的疗效。方法对29例股骨下段复杂粉碎性骨折患者应用切开复位解剖型髁钢板内固定治疗。结果29例随访10-48个月,平均16个月,骨折愈合28例,不愈合1例。29例中优19例,良7例,可2例,差1例,优良率89.66%。结论解剖型髁钢板内固定治疗股骨下段复杂粉碎性骨折固定牢靠,效果显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the curative effect of anatomical condylar plate internal fixation for comminuted distal femur fracture.Methods Twenty-nine patients with comminuted distal femur fracture were performed with anatomical condylar plate.Results Twenty-nine cases were followed-up for a mean of 16 months(from 10 to 48 months).Bone fracture healed in 28 cases,bone fracture didn′t heal in one case.Among 29 cases,19 cases were excellent,4 cases were good,2 cases were fain,1 case was poor.The excellent and good rate was 89.66%.Conclusion There are good fixation and conspicuous effect of anatomical condylar plate internal fixation for comminuted distal femur fracture. |
