氧化亚氮联合利多卡因用于无痛人工流产49例

目的探讨氧化亚氮结合利多卡因浸润麻醉应用于无痛人流的临床效果。方法97例孕6~10周并要求无痛人流的健康孕妇随机分为2组,观察组(49例)在镇痛气体氧化亚氮加利多卡因浸润麻醉下行无痛人流,对照组48例在丙泊酚加芬太尼复合麻醉下行无痛人流,观察两组术中镇痛效果、宫缩幅度、宫颈松弛情况、术中出血量及术后阴道出血时间。结果观察组镇痛效果、宫缩幅度、宫颈松弛情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05),术中出血量、术后阴道出血天数明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氧化亚氮加利多卡因局麻应用于无痛人流镇痛效果好,手术易操作,术中出血少,术后阴道流血时间短,值得临床推广应用。

Conbined using nitrous oxideand lidocaine for induced abortion in 49 cases

Objective To explore the clinical effects of combination of infiltration anaesthesia with lidocaine and laughing gas for the painless induced abortion.Methods Ninety-seven healthy cases of 6 to 10 weeks of pregnancy requiring administration of the painless abortion were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group(49 cases) were administered with infiltration anesthesia with lidocaine and laughing gas;the control group(48 cases) were performed with the painless induced abortion under the administration of combined anesthesia with propofol and fentanyl.Analgesic effectiveness,uterine contraction,dilation of cervix and blood loss during the operation and the days of postoperative vaginal bleeding were observed in the two groups.Results Analgesic effectiveness,uterine contraction,dilation of cervix in observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Blood loss during the operation and the days of postoperative vaginal bleeding in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of laughing gas and lidocain local anesthesia is effective for the treatment of painless induced abortion.The procedure is simple and blood loss during the operation is few,the days of postoperative vaginal bleeding is short and is deserved to apply to clinic.
