磁处理生理盐水对小鼠免疫功能的影响

目的探讨磁处理生理盐水对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法雌性昆明种小鼠40只,随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组每日腹腔注射磁处理生理盐水1次,对照组每日腹腔注射等容量的生理盐水1次,共注射7 d,末次注射后6 h,每鼠腹腔注射体积分数5%鸡血球0.5 mL,12 h后将小鼠脱臼处死,取脾脏、胸腺称重。用滴片法实验,计数巨噬细胞的百分率及吞噬指数。结果与对照组比较,实验组小鼠脾脏质量增加31.3%(P<0.05),胸腺质量增加58.7%(P<0.01),吞噬细胞的百分率及吞噬指数分别增加45.7%和78.1%(P<0.01),差异具有显著。结论磁处理生理盐水对小鼠的免疫功能有促进作用。

Effect of magnetized normal saline on immune function of mice

Objective To investigate the effect of magnetized normal saline on immune function of mice.Methods Forty female Kunming mice were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Experimental group receiving magnetized normal saline by peritoneal injection,once a day,and control group receiving isovolumic saline,once a day.The cycle was 7 days.After last injection for 6 h,every mouse was given 5% chicken blood cell 0.5 mL,then killed then and weighed the spleen and thymus.The percentage of macrophage and phagocytic index were counted by dropping slide technique.Results Compared with control group,the spleen weight,thymus weight,Phagocyte percentage and phagocytic index of those of experimental group were prominently increased by 31.3%(P<0.05),58.7%(P<0.01),45.7%(P<0.01) and 78.1%(P<0.01) respectively.Conclusion Magnetized normal saline has a promotion effect on immune function of mice.
