运用运动再学习康复治疗脑卒中偏瘫的疗效观察

目的：探讨运用运动再学习康复治疗脑卒中偏瘫病人的康复效果。方法：选择120例脑卒中偏瘫病人，随机分为治疗组和对照组，两组病人均为首次发病、在神经内外科常规治疗病情稳定后来我科进一步康复治疗者。两组均采用针灸、理疗、运动疗法等常规治疗，治疗组按照运动再学习方案进行功能康复训练，两组分别于治疗前及治疗后1个月，由同一位康复评定医师，采用运动功能评定量表（MAS）进行运动功能评分和日常生活活动能力（Barthel）指数评分。结果：治疗组治疗1个月后，MAS积分和Barthel指数与同期对照组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01），具有统计学意义。结论：运用运动再学习康复治疗脑卒中偏瘫疗效满意。

Curative effect observation of Motor relearning programme in curing the hemipleqic patients

Objective：To observe the influence of motor relearning program （MRP） and rehabilitation nursing on recovery of function of apoplexy patients complicating with hemiplegia, nethods：A total of 120 apoplexy patients complicating with hemiplegia were randomly divided into test and control group. All the patients only had this disease once in their lives. When the patients were sta- bilized after treatment from Department of Neurosurgery, they came to our department for further rehabilitation. All patients were given treatment like acupuncture, physical therapy and exercising. Moreover, patients of test group also accepted function recovery training according to the motor relearning program. The effect was assessed with motor assessment scale （MAS） and activities of daily living （ADL） Barthel index before treatment and one month after it. Results： After one month treatment, the MAS score and Barthel index of the test group patients was much better than that of the control group. And there was statistical difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions： The effect of motor relearning program （MRP） and rehabilitation nursing is well for recovery of function of apoplexy patients complicating with hemiplegia.
