首发精神分裂症患者血清IL-1β、2、6及TNF-α水平变化的研究

目的：探讨细胞因子在精神分裂症中的变化及临床意义。方法：采用酶联免疫吸附测定法（ELISA）检测32例精神分裂症患者和26例健康志愿者血清IL-1β、IL-2、IL-6及TNF-α水平。结果：精神分裂症患者治疗前后血清IL-1β、IL-2、IL-6及TNF-α含量显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗后精神分裂症组血清IL-1β水平比治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,而IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α水平有下降趋势,但无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：精神分裂症存在免疫激活现象,IL-1β可能作为一种疗效观察的指标。

Study on the serum level changes of IL - 1β、IL -2 、IL -6 and TNF - α in first - episode schizophrenics

Objective：To observe the changes and clinical meaning of the cytokines in schizophrenia. Methods：The serum levels of IL - 1β,IL -2,IL -6 and TNF - α were measured in 32 first - episode schizophrenics and 26 healthy controls by enzyme - linked immuno - sorbent assay（ ELISA）. Results ： Before and after treatment with risperidone, the serum levels of IL - 1β,IL - 2,IL - 6 and TNF - α were significantly higher in schizophrenics than in healthy controls （P 〈 0.05 ） ; Serum IL - 1β levels of the schizophrenics decreased significantly after a 8 - week treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but there were no pronounced differences in the serum level fall of IL - 2,IL - 6 and TNF - α（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions ： Schizophrenics are in a state of immune activation, IL - 1β may be a parameter of disease recovery.
