| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨超早期冰棒刺激疗法对脑卒中患者吞咽功能恢复的影响.方法：将160例脑卒中住院患者随机分成康复组（80例）和对照组（80例）,采用洼田俊夫饮水测试评定法对两组患者分别于第1周、第2周、第3周进行评定.结果：三周后,康复组患者的得分明显高于对照组,具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.结论：提示超早期冰棒刺激疗法对脑卒中患者吞咽功能的恢复有积极意义.

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo investigate effects of super-early ice stimulation on rehabilitation of swallowing function for stroke pa-tients. Methods：160 stroke patients with dysphagia in the super early stage were divided into treatment group and control group with 80cases in each group. The cases in control group were treated with swallowing exercise, while those in treatment group was treated withice stimulation additionally. They were assessed with drinking test 1, 2 and 3 weeks after the treatment. Results： 3 weeks after thetreatment, the score of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 01）. Conclusions： The super-early ice stimulation can improve the swallowing function for the stroke patients. |
