择期剖宫产手术术前心理干预对产妇焦虑抑郁情绪的影响

目的：探讨择期剖宫产手术术前心理干预对产妇焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法：2011年12月-2012年12月我院收治的100例择期行剖宫产手术的产妇，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组50例，对照组产妇给予常规护理，观察组产妇在常规护理的基础上给予心理干预。观察比较两组产妇的心率、血压，焦虑自评量表得分和抑郁自评量表得分．结果：观察组产妇术前15min的心率、血压明显低于对照组产妇，观察组产妇术前1d、术后2d焦虑评分和抑郁评分明显低于对照组产妇，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：择期剖宫产手术术前心理干预可有效减轻产妇的焦虑、抑郁等不良睛绪，有效缓解应激反应，值得临床推广。

EFFECTS OF PREOPERATIVE MENTAL INTERVENTION ON ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION OF PARTURIENTS DURING ELECTIVE CESAREAN SECTION OPERATION

Objective：To investigate the effects of preoperative mental intervention on anxiety and depression of parturients during elective cesarean section operation.Methods：100 parturients from 2011.12 to 2012.12 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 50 parturients in each group. The parturients in conlrol group were given routine nursing; while the parturients in observation group were given mental intervention besides routine nursing. The heart rate, blood pressure, anxiety serf-assessment scale score and depression self-assessment scale score ofparturients in 2 groups were comparecLResults：The heart rate and blood pressure 15min before operation of parturients in observation group were obviously lower than that of parturients in control group （P〈 0.05）; The anxiety self-assessment scale score and depression self-assessment scale score ld before operation, 2d after operation of partufients in observation group also obviously lower than that of parturients in control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusions： Preoperative mental intervention during elective cesarean section operation can relieve anxiety, depression and stress reaction of parturients effectively, and worth spreading clinically.
