| 摘 要： | 目的：观察羚羊清肺丸的止咳祛痰作用。方法：羚羊清肺丸(药粉)2．0、4．0、8．0g．kg^-1，灌胃给药，采用小鼠氨水引咳实验和小鼠气管酚红排泌实验观察羚羊清肺丸对小鼠氨水引咳潜伏期，咳嗽次数和小鼠气管酚红排泌量的影响。结果：羚羊清肺丸可显著延长小鼠氨水引咳潜伏期、减少咳嗽次数，明显增加小鼠气管酚红排泌量。结论：羚羊清肺丸有较好的止咳祛痰作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the cough relieving and expectorant effects of lingyang qingfei pill. Methods: The expectorant effect was observed by detecting the excretion quantity of phenofulphthalein in trachea of mice. The cough relieving effect was observed by tests of cough induced by ammonium hydroxide in mice. Result: The lingyangqingfei pill could obviously increase the excretion quantity of phenofulph- thalein in trachea of mice, decrease the frequency of cough, prolong latent period of cough induced by ammonium hydroxide in mice. Conclusion: The experimental results showed that lingyangqingfei pill has markedly expectorant and cough relieving effects. |
