肺癌患者咽部和癌组织中EB病毒感染情况及其关系

目的:探讨肺癌患者咽部分泌物、癌组织中EB病毒感染情况与肺癌的关系.方法:应用PCR技术对采自30例进展期肺癌患者的咽部分泌物及新鲜肺癌组织标本进行EB病毒检测.结果:肺癌患者咽部分泌物EB病毒感染率低,差异无显著性(P>0.05);癌组织中EB病毒感染率为43.3%;不同病理类型肺癌EB病毒感染率差异无显著性;肺癌患者咽部分泌物及癌组织EB病毒感染率之间无相关性.结论:进展期肺癌患者咽部EB病毒感染无临床意义;肺癌患者癌组织中EB病毒感染存在增高现象,EB病毒长期感染与肺癌关系密切.

THE OBSERVATION OF EBV INFECTION AT PHARYNGEAL SECRETION AND TUMOR TISSUE OF LUNG CANCER PATIENTS ANS THEIR RELATION

Objective:To investigate the relation of lung cancer and EBV in pharyngeal secretion,tumor tissue of lung cancer patients. Methods: Use PCR methods to detect EBV in pharygeal secretion and fresh lung cancer tissue taken from 30 lung cancer patients in oforming period.Results: EBV infection rate of pharyngeal secretion is low,and there is no difference between lung cancer patients and non-tumor chest disease patients(>0.05).EBV infection rate of lung cancer tissue is 43.3%,and there is no difference among various kinds of pathogen with EBV infection.There is no relation between EBV infection in lung cancer tissue and pharyngeal portion. Conclusions: There is no clinical significance in EBV infection at pharyngeal portion in the oforming period of lung cancer.EBV in lung cancer patients,tumor tissue have been increasing.The relation between lung cancer and EBV infection existing for a long term is closely.
