30例烧伤死因分析

本文分析了烧伤病人主要死因是感染。早期暴发性败血症来势凶猛,难以控制,伤后减少创面污染,尽早使用抗生素有特殊价值。严重烧伤可使心脑肾各组织器官受损,任何并发症得不到及时控制都可危及生命,因此,要注意全面细致观察病情,做到预防为主,早发现、早治疗。

ANALYSIS OF DEATH CAUSE OF BURNS IN 30 CASES

From 1978 to 1987, 913 Patients with burns were admitted to our hospital. Thirty patients died Among the 30, 10 patients died of septicemia, 9 of post burn toxemia and 6 of wound sepsis. By analysis of 30 non-survivors, the infection is the most main cause of death Once the acute fulminating septicemia happend, it would be very diffi-cult to control So it is very advantageous to reduce the pollution of wounds and to use antibiotics as early as possible. Severe burns can damage the function of the heart, brain and kidney, ect. Any complication endanger the lives of patients if it not be controlled in time. So we should pay more attention to observing the patient condition, preventing complications, early diagnosis and early treatment.
