摘    要:目的:采用加速试验法研究黄芩药材的贮藏稳定性。方法:黄芩药材置于湿度为70%、温度为37℃的恒温箱内,分别于0、1、2、个月取样,以红外光谱法和高效液相色谱法分析黄芩药材的整体变化和局部变化。结果:加速试验条件下,红外光谱法显示在贮藏期内黄芩中有效成分黄酮类已酸变为其它成分,糖(苷)类物质的含量减少;高效液相色谱法显示,在贮藏期内黄芩苷和汉黄芩苷的含量明显下降,黄芩素和汉黄芩素的含量先增加后减少。结论:黄芩药材的质量在贮藏期内发生明显变化,提示应有效控制黄芩药材的贮藏期。

STUDY ON THE STORAGE STABILITY OF SCUTELLARIA BAICALENSIS GEORGI BY ACCELERATED TESTS

Abstract:Objective:Tostudythestoragestability ofScutellaria baicalensis Georgi by accelerated test. Methods:The Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi was stored in incubator chamber with humidity was 70%, and temperature was 37℃. Infrared spectroscopy (IR) and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) were used to analyze the general changes and local changes of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi respectively 0, 1, 2, and 3 months after storage. Results:IR results showed, during storage,theeffectivecomponentsofScutellariabaicalensisGeorgi-Flavonoidcompoundacidized into othercomponentsand the content of glycoside Substances reduced. HPLC results showed, during storage, the content of baicalin and wogonoside reduced obviously, while the content of baicalein and wogonin increased first and then decreased. Conclusions: The quality of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi changed significantly during storage, so should control the storage period of Scutellaria baicalensisGeorgieffectively.
