盐酸左西替利嗪口服液联合地奈德乳膏治疗肛周湿疹疗效观察

目的观察盐酸左西替利嗪口服液联合地奈德乳膏治疗肛周湿疹的临床疗效。方法将149例患者随机分为三组，观察组49例采用盐酸左西替利嗪口服液（口服，10ml／次，1次／d）联合地奈德乳膏（外涂肛周皮损处，3次／a）治疗；对照1组50例，单独采用盐酸左西替利嗪口服液口服，10ml／次，1次／d；对照2组50例，单独采用地奈德乳膏外涂肛周皮损处，3次／d。三组治疗2周后观察疗效，并随访3个月。结果观察组痊愈28例，显效13例，有效6例，无效2例，总有效率为95．9％。对照1组痊愈20例，显效11例，有效9例，无效10例，总有效率为80．0％，对照2组痊愈16例，显效10例，有效12例，无效12例，总有效率为76．0％，观察组疗效优于对照1组及对照2组（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。观察组的复发率低于对照1组、对照2组（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论盐酸左西替利嗪口服液联合地奈德乳膏治疗肛周湿疹疗效优于单独使用盐酸左西替利嗪口服液或单独使用地奈德乳膏，疗效显著，复发率低。

THE CURATIVE EFFECT OF LEVOCETIRIZINE HYDROCHLORIDE ORAL SOLUTION AND DESONIDE CREAM IN TREATMENT OF PERIANAL ECZEMA

Objective To observe the clinical treatment of perianal eczema by Levocetirizine Hydrochloride Oral Solution and Desonide Cream. Methods Totally 149 cases of perianal eczema patients were randomly separated into three groups. 49 cases in treatment group who were treated with Levocetirizine Hydrochloride Oral Solution （Oral, 10ml/per time, 1 time/per day） and Desonide Cream （smear on the Crissum skin, 3 times/per day）, 50 cases in the comparison group 1 were only treated with Levocetirizine Hydrochloride Oral Solution （Oral, 10ml/ per time, 1 time/ per day） and 50 cases in the comparison group 2 were only treated with Desonide Cream （3 time/ per day）. Curative effect was observed after 2 weeks,and were followed up for 3 months. Results In the treatment group, 28 patients were cured completely, 13 patients were markedly effective and 6 patients were effective, 2 patients were not effective and the total efficiency was 95.9%. 20 patients were cured completely, 11 patients were markedly effective and 9 patients were effective, 10 patients were not effective and the total efficiency was 80. 0% in the comparison group 1.16 patients were cured completely, 10 patients were markedly effective and 12 patients were effective, 12 patients were not effective and the total efficiency was 76. 0% in the comparison group 2. Curative effect of treatment group was better than the comparison group 1 and comparison group 2 （P〈0.05 or P〈0. 01）. The recurrence rate in treatment group was lower than the control group 1 and the control group 2 （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of the treatment of perianal eczema by Levocetirizine Hydrochloride Oral Solution and Desonide Cream is better than the treatment of perianal eczema only by Levocetirizine Hydrochloride Oral Solution or only by Desonide Cream, and this treatment has remarkable curative effective and low recurrence rate.
