| 摘 要： | 目的研究甲状腺功能减退性心包积液的超声改变,并探讨超声心动图对甲状腺功能减退性心包积液的诊断价值。方法以19例甲状腺功能减退性心包积液的超声心动图改变与正常人对比。结果 19例甲状腺功能减退性心包积液组左房内径、室间隔厚度、左室后壁厚度与正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),均无心包填塞发生。结论彩色多谱勒超声心动图对甲状腺功能减退性心包积液的诊断与鉴别诊断有重要意义,其中左房扩大、左室舒张功能不全多发。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the character of hypothyroid with pericardial effusion by echocardiography and to find the use of echocardiography in the disease.Methods 19 cases of hypothyroid pericardial effusion by echocardiography compared with health adults.Results The left atrial diameter,interventricular septum thickness,left ventricular posterior wall thickness of hypothyroid with pericardial effusion compared with control group were significant differences(P<0.01).There was no occurrence of pericardial tamponade.Conclusion Color Doppler echocardiography in hypothyroid pericardial effusion diagnosis and differential diagnosis is important.Left atrial enlargement and left ventricular diastolic dysfunction often happen in hypothyroid with pericardial effusion. |
