慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并自发性气胸的胸腔镜手术治疗

目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病并发自发性气胸的胸腔镜手术治疗的疗效。方法对2005--2007年我院收治的26例慢性阻塞性肺病并发自发性气胸经胸腔镜手术治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果经胸腔镜手术治疗的治愈率可迭92．3％。结论慢性阻塞性肺病并发自发性气胸临床处理不当有较高的病死率，但经胸腔镜手术治疗可提高治愈率，且并发症少，手术安全可靠。

Treatment of copd combined with spontaneous pneumothorax using thoracoscope

Objective To investigate the effect of thoracoscopic surgical treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） combined with spontaneous pneumothorax. Methods 26 patients with COPD combined with spontaneous pneumothorax from 2005 to 2007 in our hospital were selected. These patients were all treated by thorascopic surgery and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results The recovery rate of spontaneous pneumothorax was 92. 3% after thorascopic surgical treatment. Conclusion This study shows that the inappropriate clinical procedures of COPD combined with spontaneous pneumothorax usually lead to high fatality rate. The application of thorascopic surgical treatment can improve the recovery rate and provide a clear advantage of minimizing complications and the application is proved to be safe.
