乳腺癌p38表达及临床病理意义

摘    要:目的 探讨有丝分裂原激活蛋白激酶p38、癌基因C-erbB-2和雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)在乳腺癌中的表达情况及临床意义。方法 采用S-P免疫组化方法对65例乳腺癌组织进行p38、C-erbB-2和ER、PR表达的联合检测。结果 乳腺癌组织中p38过阳性表达率为36.9%;正常乳腺组织不表达p38;淋巴结转移患者p38蛋白的过阳性表达率明显高于淋巴结阴性患者;p38的表达与C-erbB-2表达具有相对的一致性,p38的阳性高表达伴随ER表达降低,但与PR的表达无显著相关性。结论 p38的过表达与乳腺癌的发生、发展相关。p38与C-erbB-2和ER、PR的联合检测有利于指导乳腺癌的化疗和判断预后。

Abstract:Objective To study the expression of mitogen activated protein kinase (MAPK), p38,C-erbB-2, ER and PR in breast cancer and to evaluate their clinical significances. Methods Immunohistochemistry method was used to analyze the expression of p38,C-erbB-2,ER and PR in breast cancer. Results Positive overexpression of p38 in breast cancer was 36.9 %.The expression of p38 was significantly increased in tissues of breast cancer with metastasis than that without metastasis. High co-expression of p38 and C-erbB-2 were consistent in tumor cells. The expression of ER was decreased in the patients with high expression of p38; and there was no relationship between the expression of p38 and PR. Conclusion Overexpression of p38 is involved in carcinogenesis and development of breast cancer, and correlative expression of p38, ER, PR and C-erbB-2 may have advantages for the choice of therapeutic scheme.
