| 摘 要： | 目的 研究葛根素对冠心病患者内皮素－１（ＥＴ－１），血栓素Ｂ２，６－酮－前列腺素Ｆ１α血小板功能，颗粒膜蛋白，血小板凝聚试验和血小板粘附试验的影响，方法 将冠心病患者４８例随机分为对照组与观察组，观察组加用葛根素注射液６０ｍｌ加入２５０ｍｌ液体中静滴，每天一次，一周为一疗程。结果 观察组血浆ＥＴ－１和血栓素Ｂ２治疗后较治疗前显著下降（Ｐ〈０．０１），６－酮－前列腺素Ｆ１α高于治疗前（Ｐ〈０．０１）

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of Acanthopanax on endothelin-1 (ET-1) and blood platelet function in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Method 48 cases of CHD were divided randomly into two groups. The Acanthopanax group was treated with Acanthopanax 60ml iv. qd for one week as a treatment course. Result The level of ET-1 and TXB2 were decreased and 6-keto-PGFla increased, and the level of GMP-140, Pad T and Pag T were reduced after the treatment with Acanthopanax. Conclusion Acanthopanax can decrease endothelin, reduce platelet surface activity and inhibit the platelet adhesiveness and aggregation. |
