川芎嗪注射液佐治小儿肾病综合征52例临床疗效分析

目的研究川芎嗪注射液佐治小儿肾病综合征临床疗效。方法原发性肾病综合征患儿101例,随机分治疗组52例,对照组49例;治疗组应用川芎嗪注射液滴注3d后,服用泼尼松;对照组应用泼尼松常规治疗。观察二组治疗前及治疗2周时血胆固醇、纤维蛋白原、血小板计数、血凝常规和水肿、尿蛋白、肾功能等临床征象的变化。结果治疗组血清胆固醇、纤维蛋白原均明显降低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,对照组无明显变化（P〉0.05）;治疗组血小板计数差异不显著,对照组血小板升高。结论川芎嗪是肾病综合征小儿有效辅助用药。

THERAPEUTIC EFFECT OF CHUANXIONGZINE INJECTION IN TREATMENT 52 CHILDREN WITH NEPHROTIC SYNDROME

Objective To evaluating clinical effect of chuanxiongzine injection for cure children with nephrotic syndrome.Methods 101 children with primarily nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group with 52 cesese and control group with 49 casese,the patients were treated by injected chuanxiongzine injection for three days,then taken prednisone orally on treatment group;taken prednisone only on control group.The level of cholesterin,fibrinogen,hemagglutinin,oedema,urine protein,renal function and blood platelets count were detected at the begin of therapy and treatment for two weeks.Results After treatment,the level of cholesterin and fibrinogen was degraded obviously in treatment group（P〈0.01）,which was no changed in the control group（P〈0.05）;the change of blood platelets count was not obvious in the treatment group,which was increased in the control group.Conclusion Chuanxiongzine injection is an utility accessorial cure drug for children with primarily nephrotic.
