| 摘 要： | 目的探讨浅前房困难条件下的超声乳化白内障手术技巧及临床效果。方法对浅前房性白内障患者120例(150眼)施行超声乳化白内障吸除人工晶体植入,观察手术前、后的视力、眼压、前房角和前房深度变化及并发症发生情况。结果全部术眼术后1个月视力均比术前提高2行以上;眼压均比术前明显下降,术后眼压全部控制在正常范围,手术前、后眼压比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);房角开放范围均比术前增加,中央前房深度术后平均加深(1.30±0.35)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);无明显的并发症。结论对于浅前房性困难白内障患者,超声乳化手术是安全和有效的。手术中,采用改良拦截-劈核技术原位乳化晶体核,注意切口、撕囊及粘弹剂选择的细节问题是手术成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To study clinical effect of phaco mulsification on shallow anterior chamber condion. Methods 150 eyes of 120 cataracts with shallow anterior chamber were underwent phaco mulsification. we contrasted and analysed the pre-operation and post-operation changs of vision, intraocular pressure, angle of anterior chamber ,depth of anterior chamber. Results 1 month after operation, visions of the operated eyes were improved at least two lines,intraocular pressure were decreased statistically(P<0.05) and the depth of anterior chamber increased statistically(P<0.05).Conclusion Phaco mulsification is a safe and reliable remedy to the cataracts with shallow anterior chamber. |
