奥拉西坦联合丁苯酞治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

目的 评价奥拉西坦联合丁苯酞治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及安全性。方法 选取急性脑梗死患者186例,随机分为三组,每组62例。每组除给予相同的常规药物治疗外,A组加用奥拉西坦4g入250ml生理盐水缓慢滴注;B组加用丁苯酞胶囊200mg口服,3次/d;C组加用奥拉西坦和丁苯酞,用法同A组、B组;三组疗程均为14d。观察治疗前后三组患者神经功能缺损评分变化并比较疗效。结果 联合用药组疗效明显优于单独应用奥拉西坦或丁苯酞治疗组。结论 奥拉西坦联合丁苯酞治疗急性脑梗死安全有效。

CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF OXIRACETAM JOINT BUTYPHTHALIDE EFFECTS ON CEREBRAL IN-FARCTION

Objective To observe the treatment and safety of olathe temple and butyl phthalide on treating cerebral infarction.Methods Totally 186 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into three groups,with62 cases in each group.In addition to the same conventional drug treatment in each group,group A plus olathe temple 4g into 250 ml of saline drip slowly;Group B plus butyl phthalide200 mg,three times a day;Group C plus olathe temple and butyl phthalide,the usage was same with group A and group B;Three groups were treated for 14 d.The neurological function before and after treatment and the efficacy of three groups of patients were observed and compared.Results The effects of combined treatment group were significantly better than monotherapy groups.Conclusion Olathe temple and Butyl phthalide are safey and effective for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
