综合护理干预在泡沫硬化剂治疗下肢静脉曲张中的效果影响

目的观察综合护理干预在泡沫硬化剂治疗下肢静脉曲张中的效果。方法下肢静脉曲张手术患者90例，随机分为观察组和对照组各45例，对照组给予围术期常规护理，观察组在对照组护理基础上给予综合护理干预，比较二组疗效。结果观察组下肢运动功能、日常生活活动能力均优于对照组，住院时间短于对照组，对护理满意度高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论综合护理干预不仅可以巩固疗效，降低并发症发生率及复发率，还可减轻患者痛苦，促进身体康复。

THE EFFECT OF COMPREHENSIVE NURSING INTERVENTION IN THE FOAM SCLEROTHERAPY FOR VARICOSE VEINS OF THE LOWER EXTREMITY

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on foam sclerothera- py for varicose vein of lower limb in effect. Methods Totally 90 patients with varicose veins of lower extremity operation, were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing during perioperative period, obser- vation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention based on control group. Results In the observation group, lower extremity motor function, activities of daily living skills were superior to the control group, hospitalization time was shorter than the control group, the patients＂ satisfaction with nursing care was higher than that of the control group, all the differences were statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can not only consolidate curative effect, reduce the incidence of complication and recurrence rate, but also can reduce pain, promote physical rehabilitation.
