黄连散、二甲双胍及参芪降糖颗粒降糖作用的对比实验研究

摘    要:目的观察黄连散、二甲双胍及参芪降糖颗粒对链脲佐菌素(STZ)所致的2型糖尿病小鼠降糖作用的区别。方法采用小剂量多次腹腔注射STZ法复制2型糖尿病小鼠动物模型,检测空腹血糖、体重、血清胰岛素的变化及胰岛β细胞病理改变情况。结果给药14d后,黄连散、二甲双胍及参芪降糖颗粒均能降低2型糖尿病小鼠的血糖,增加血清胰岛素含量,有效控制小鼠体重降低,改善胰岛β细胞损坏。与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。黄连散低剂量组降糖作用与二甲双胍比较无统计学意义(P〉0.05),但优于参芪降糖颗粒(P〈0.05)。结论黄连散降糖效果较参芪降糖颗粒显著,与二甲双胍接近,但其对胰岛β细胞具有更好修复作用。

HYPOGLYCEMIC EFFECT OF COPT1S POWDER, METFORMIN AND GINSENG AND ASREAGALUS HYPOGLYCE-MIC PARTICLE

Abstract:Objective To observe the different Hypoglycemic effect on mice-models of type 2 diabetes.Methods We established mice-models of type 2 diabetes through multiple intraperitoneal injections of STZ and checked the level of blood glucose,weight,the changes of serum insulin and the pathological changes of islet β-cell.Results Coptis powder,metformin and ginseng and asreagalus hypoglycemic particle can significantly decreased the blood glucose level in mice-models of type 2 diabetes,increased the serum insulin content,and effectively decreased the weight of mouse and improved the isletβ-cell after 14 days' treatment,which had statistically significant different with that of model group(P0.05);there was no significant difference of hypoglycemic effect between Coptis Powder and Metformin(P0.05),but their effects were better than that of ginseng and asreagalus hypoglycemic particle.Conclusion The hypoglycemic effect of coptis powder is better than that of ginseng and asreagalus hypoglycemic particle and similar to that of metformin,also it has better effect on the islet β-cell repairing.
