上消化道异物內镜下治疗61例

目的分析探讨上消化道异物的內镜下治疗的方法与技巧。方法收集我院2002—2006年61例上消化道异物患者临床及胃镜资料,总结分析上消化道异物类型、部位以及所选用的不同器械和取出方法技巧,并评价其效果。结果61例上消化道异物取出成功率90%(55/61),未见出血及穿孔等并发症。结论采用恰当的器械、合适的方法,运用一定的技巧,可以提高异物取出成功率,减少并发症。

Endoscopic management of foreign bodies in upper gastrointestinal tract:report of 61 cases

Objective To approach the techniques and management of endoscopic removal of foreign bodies from upper gastrointestinal tract.Methods Clinical and endoscopic data of 61 upper gastrointestinal tract foreign body cases in Tongji Hospital from 2002 to 2006 were collected.The types,locations and therapeutic tools of 61 foreign body cases were analyzed and the applications of different therapeutic tools,techniques and management for different foreign bodies were summed up and evaluated.Results The overall removal success rate was 90%(55/61).No obvious complications such as bleeding and perforation were found.Conclusion Higher removal success rate and fewer complications depend on the appropriate choice of device and the rational use of endoscopic techniques and management.
