2012年无锡市南长区居民死亡原因分析

摘    要:目的了解无锡市南长区居民死亡水平及主要原因,为制定科学的疾病防控措施提供依据。方法按照国际疾病分类法(ICD-10)对无锡市南长区居民2012年死亡资料进行分类整理分析。结果无锡市南长区2012年全死因死亡数为2161人,居民死亡率为663.12/10万。主要死因依次为恶性肿瘤、循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、伤害和中毒及内分泌系统疾病,这5类死因死亡人数占全死因死亡数的90.79%。居潜在减寿年数前5位的分别是恶性肿瘤、损伤和中毒、内分泌系统疾病、循环系统疾病及呼吸系统疾病,恶性肿瘤造成的寿命损失最为严重,平均减寿年数为8.31人年。结论慢性疾病和伤害为该区居民的主要死因,应大力开展健康教育及行为干预,改变不良生活行为方式,增强安全意识。降低慢性病的发病率,以达到有效降低居民死亡率目的。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the causes of death among inhabitants in Nanchang District of Wuxi city. Methods The causes of death were analyzed based on the data of disease surveillance in Nanchang District in 2012, and the classification of death causes was confined with ICD-10. Results The death rate was 663. 13 per 105, the order of death causes was cancer, circulatory diseases, respiratory disease, injuries and poisoning, endocrine system diseases. The five leading causes of death accounted for 90.79% of all death causes. Conclusion The chronic diseases and injures are the main causes of death in Nanchang District in 2012.
