| 摘 要： | 目的研究寻常型天疱疮（pemphigus vulgaris,PV）患者Th17细胞的数量和相关细胞因子水平。方法收集15例初次诊断未经治疗的PV患者以及配对的11例健康人,采用流式细胞术检测PV患者外周血Th17细胞在CD4＋T淋巴细胞中的百分比;用ELISA方法检测血浆中的IL-17、IL-6、IL-23和转化生长因子-β（transforming growthfactor-β,TGF-β）的水平。结果PV患者外周血中Th17细胞的百分率较正常对照明显增高;血浆中IL-17和IL-6水平升高,IL-23的水平降低,TGF-β的水平与对照组无差异。结论Th17细胞的增多以及相关细胞因子水平的改变与PV发病密切相关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the frequency of Th17 cells in the peripheral blood of pemphigus vulgaris（PV） patients and to examine how the levels of cytokines relate with Th17 cells in these patients.Methods Fifteen PV patients（PV group） and 11 healthy participants（control group） were recruited.Peripheral blood mononuclear cells（PBMCs） were separated from the venous blood and flow cytometry was used to detect the percentage of Th17 cells among CD4＋ cells.IL-17,IL-23,IL-6 and TGF-β from the plasma were detected by ELISA.Results The percentage of PV patients＇ peripheral Th17 cells elevated remarkably,comparing to that of the control group（P〈0.05）.IL-17 and IL-6 increased while IL-23 decreased in PV group（P〈0.05）,but there was no statistical difference between the two groups in TGF-β（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The increase of Th17 cells and the changes of relevant cytokines in PV patients may be pertinent to the pathogenesis. |
