摘    要:牙周炎(periodontitis)属于低氧性感染性疾病,由于炎症组织中炎症细胞的浸润和炎症组织的代谢激活,导致牙周组织氧气需求增加以及组织低氧环境的逐渐形成。微血栓形成和血管收缩导致的血液低灌注状态进一步降低牙周组织氧含量。由于炎症牙周组织相对缺血缺氧状态的存在,可反过来进一步引发和加重牙周炎的疾病进展。本文探讨牙周组织低氧与牙周炎的关联以及相关炎症机制的最新研究进展,为牙周炎的防治提供借鉴。

Abstract:Periodontitis is a hypoxic infectious disease, in which the infiltration of inflammatory cells and the activation of metabolism of inflammatory tissues lead to the increase of oxygen demand and the formation of hypoxic environment in periodontal tissues; in addition, the microthrombosis and vasoconstriction can further reduce the oxygen content. The ischemia and hypoxia in the inflammatory periodontal tissue can further trigger and aggravate the disease progress. This article reviews the research progress on the relationship between periodontal hypoxia and periodontitis, and related inflammatory mechanism, to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of periodontitis clinically.
