女性迟发性痤疮冲任失调因素的Logistic回归分析

目的讨论女性迟发性痤疮冲任失调型的主要相关因素。方法 以问卷形式调查了315例年龄在25～50岁之间的女性,将调查对象分为病例组212例与对照组103例。问卷内容包括基本资料,体质因素,生活习惯,外界因素,螨虫镜检等,并对所得数据进行构成比、率的描述性分析；通过单因素分析将有统计学意义的指标定为自变量,最终采用二项logistic回归模型分析。结果 多因素logistic回归女性迟发性痤疮冲任失调型与工作压力(R=7.547)、母亲痤疮史(R=6.285)、CRT电脑(R=4.627)、使用中央空调(R=3.979)、父亲痤疮史(R=3.657)、彩妆(R=3.061)、油性肤质(R=1.841)有关。结论 女性迟发性痤疮冲任失调型的主要相关因素为工作压力、母痤疮史、CRT电脑、使用中央空调、父痤疮史、彩妆、油性肤质(按相关系数排列),控制以上发病因素,对预防女性迟发性痤疮有积极意义。

Risk factors of female delayed acne related to Chong Ren disorders

Objective To investigate the risk factors of female delayed acne related to Chong-ren disorder type of Chinese Traditional Medicine. Method Three hundred and fifteen women aged 25-59 years were enrolled in the study, including 212 women with acne and 103 healthy female subjects. A questionnaire survey was conducted, the questionnaire included items of basic information, physical factors, living habits, external factors and also microscopic examination of mites. The univariate and multivariate regression analyses were performed and regression model was formed. Result The main factors related to Chongren imbalance type of female delayed acne were working pressure(R=7.547), mother with history of acne(R=6.285), CRT computer(R=4.627), using central air-conditioner(R=3.979), father with history of acne(R=3.657), oily skin(R=3.061) and cosmetics use(R=1.841). Conclusion The control of risk factors revealed in this study may prevent female delayed acne.
