摘    要:目的探讨三种厚度的硅涂层对氧化锆陶瓷与牙本质瓷结合性能的影响。方法将烧结后的氧化锆陶瓷片分为3组,每组16片,分别采用:(1)100nm硅涂层;(2)200nm硅涂层;(3)300nm硅涂层处理。在3组涂层组试件的结合面烧结牙本质瓷,测试其结合强度,数据用SPSS1.3.0软件进行统计学分析。结果200nm纽结合强度最高,与100nm,300nm组差别有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论200nm为硅涂层较适宜的厚度,可以显著提高氧化锆陶瓷与不透明牙本质瓷的结合强度。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effects of coatings of three different SiO2 thickness on shear bonding strength of zirconia ceramics to the opaque dentin porcelain. Methods Blocks of sintered zirconia ceramics were randomly divided into 3 groups with 16 slices in each, treated with SiO2 of 3 different thickness coating respectively, (① 100 nm coating ② 200 nm coating ③ 300 nm coating), and then bonded to opaque dentin porcelain. The shear bonding strength of each group was tested, and the data were then analyzed by SPSS 13.0. Results The group of 200 nm gained the highest shear bonding strength, which was significantly different from the group of 100 nm and 300 nm( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion A thickness of 200 nm coating is the best option to the zirconia ceramics, which can enhance the shear bonding strength between the zirconia ceramics and opaque dentin porcelain.
