摘    要:目的结合计算流体力学的基本原理和血流动力学的相关知识,对人胸主动脉血管内的血液流场进行三维有限元数值模拟和研究。方法计算出在抛物型初速度下,正常人的胸主动脉内血液流动在心动周期内不同时刻的壁面压力、速度和速度矢量分布。结果血流速度受到胸主动脉血管锥度角、弓状弯曲及分支血管的分流的影响而发生明显的差异,主动脉弓与分支血管交界面远心端的血流速度明显高于近心端的血流速度。主动脉弓段内外壁血流压力差异明显。结论血流速度和压力变化剧烈区域与临床主动脉夹层易发区域相吻合,血流速度和压力对该疾病的发生有一定影响。

Abstract:Objective With computational fluid dynamic and hemodynamics, numerical model and analysis, to explore a method to study the pulsating blood flow in the human thoratic aortic. Methods The distributions of velocity, pressure and path line of the blood flow in the aortic arch were obtained. Results Numerical results showed that in the interface between branch aortic and aortic arch, due to the tapered angle, angularity and branch artery, there existed an obvious pressure gradient between the inner wall and the outerwall of blood vessel. The blood velocity of distal edge was evidently faster than that of proximal edge. Conclusion The blood pressure and velocity may significantly influence the progress of aortic dissection.
