| 摘 要： | 目的观察围手术期呼吸功能训练对胸科手术病人术后恢复的影响。方法选67例胸外科手术患者为观察对象,按住院的时间先后随机分为实验组35例,对照组32例。所有病人均按临床常规护理进行指导,实验组在此基础上增加围手术期的呼吸功能训练指导。观察记录两组病人术后恢复情况。结果实验组胸管留置时间短,出院快,呼吸道并发症低,两组对比有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论通过围手术期的呼吸功能训练,可减少开胸手术病人术后呼吸系统并发症的发生,促进病人术后恢复。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of pulmonary function training round the operation period on recovering from thoracic surgery.Methods 67 patients who underwent thoracic surgery during Sep.2003 to May.2004 were randomly divided into two group,35 cases in experimental group,32 cases in control group.Round the operation period,pulmonary function training was taken in experimental group,compared with regulate nursing in control group.Record the informations after operation.Results Short duration of chest tube drainage,short postoperative hospital stay and less puimonary complications were observed in experimental group.There was significant different between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Pulmonary function training improves recovery from thoracic surgery and effectively reduces postoperative pulmonary complications. |
