| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨体感诱发电位（ＳＥＰ）对糖尿病神经病变的早期诊断价值。方法：对２８例糖尿病患者应用ＷＤ４０００型神经电位诊断仪行ＳＥＰ检查，同时均行临床神经系统物理检查。结果：经ＳＥＰ检查神经病变阳性率为７５％，而物理检查方法仅为２１４％。结论：ＳＥＰ可对糖尿病神经病变做到早期诊断，从而得到早期治疗

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the value of somatosensory evoked potential in early diagnosis of diabetic neuropathy.Method:Using WD4000 nerve potential diagnostic machine to detect SEP in 28 diabetic patients and performing clinic physical examination in neurotic system at the same time.Result:The positive rate is 75% by SEP and only 21.4% by physical examination.Conclusion:SEP can assure an early diagnosis of diabetic neuropathy,so is a better and more dependable method to detect the disease. |
