肌球蛋白轻链激酶抑制剂的临床应用前景

目的：探索肌球蛋白轻链激酶（ ＭＬＣＫ） 抑制剂的作用机制及其与临床某些疾病的关系。方法：综述了国内外近年来对ＭＬＣＫ及其抑制剂的研究情况。结果：ＭＬＣＫ的活性与某些临床疾病的发生密切相关，而广泛存在多种植物中的ＭＬＣＫ抑制剂抑制ＭＬＣＫ的活性，具有抗癌，抗病等多种生理功能。结论：ＭＬＣＫ抑制剂的研究从一个方面揭示了某些药物的作用机理，将对体外筛选此类化合物提供一种有用的研究途径。

Prospects of Myosin Light Chain Kinase Inhibitors in Clinical Applications

Objectives: To sum up the inhibiting mechanism of myosin light chain kinase ( MLCK ) and the relationship between MLCK inhibitors and some diseases. Method : Reviewing lots of related literature in China and abroad. Results: Activities of MLCK is closely related with some diseases. The MLCK inhibitors existing in many species of plants can inhibit the activities of MLCK and then give rise to a series of physiological functions such as antitumor, antimalaria and so forth. Conclusion: The related studies on MLCK inhibitors have revealed the mechanism of some medicines and opened up the way of screening or selecting some compounds similar to MLCK inhibitors.
