亚低温治疗急性重症颅脑损伤80例临床体会

目的探讨急性重症颅脑损伤患者应用亚低温治疗的疗效。方法亚低温治疗组80例患者均于伤后18h内行常规治疗同时行亚低温治疗，控制肛温为32℃-34℃，于降温前及亚低温过程中监测体温、心率、血压、呼吸、PaO2。对照组84例于伤后18h内行常规治疗。结果亚低温治疗组患者伤后早期较高的心率降至正常范围，PaO2上升，并发症发生率低。平均随访5个月，效果与常规治疗组比较差异有显著性。结论亚低温治疗急性重症颅脑损伤安全有效。

Clinical Experience of Sub-hypothermia for Craniocerebral Injury

Objective To analyse the results of sub-hypothermia in the treatment of craniocerebral injury to prove the efficacy. Methods 80 cases with sub-hypothermia were treated by the routine and sub-hypothermia ways. The rectal temperature was at 32℃ -34℃. Temperature, heart rate, blood pressure, respiration and PaO2 were observed before hypothermia and in the course of sub-hypothermia. 84 cases in control group were treated woth routine way 18h after injury. Results The heart rate in sub-hypothermia group was decreased to normal, PaO2 increasing,complication reducing. Conclusion Sub-hypothermia is an safe and effective way.
