左氧氟沙星治疗老年社区获得性肺炎临床观察

目的探讨左氧氟沙星治疗老年社区获得性肺炎的临床疗效。方法将132例老年社区获得性肺炎患者随机分为两组，治疗组68例予左氧氟沙星200mg／次静脉滴注2次，d；对照组64例予阿奇霉素500mg次静脉滴注1次，d；两组的治疗时间均为1～2周。观察治疗前后的临床疗效、细菌学变化和不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率为86．8％、不良反应发生率为1．5％，对照组总有效率为73．4％、不良反应率为12．5％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组的肺炎链球菌和非典型致病菌的清除率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论左氧氟沙星治疗老年社区获得性肺炎疗效高。安全性好，值得临床推广应用。

The Clinical Observation of the Levofloxacin Treated the Community-acquired Pneumonia in the Aged

Objective To study the clinical effection of the levofloxacin treated the community-acquired pneumonia in the aged.Methods Divided the 132 elderly patients with community-acquired pneumonia randomly into two groups,The treatment group,68 cases treated with levofloxacin injection, 200 mg every time, twice a day, intravenous;the control group, 64 cases trated with azithromycin injection, 500 mg every rime,once a day,intravenous,the two groups both were treated for 1 -2 weeks.Observed the clinical efflcacy,bacteriological changes and adverse reactions before and after the treatment. Results The total effective rate and the adverse reactions in the treatment group and control group was 86.8% ,73.4% and 1.5% ,12.5% ,P〈0.05,the statistical significance was obvious. The clearance rate in the two groups of Streptococcus pneumoniae and atypical pathogens inof was statistical significance, P〈0.05. Conclusion The levofloxacin in the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia in the elderly is high efficacy, safety, good, worthy of clinical application.
