| 摘 要： | 探讨重复癌的概念、发病病因、临床特点、治疗方法及预后;通过分析2例同时性消化道重复癌患者的临床资料,查找国内外相关文献,增加对重复癌的认识,减少临床工作中的误诊和漏诊。争取早期诊断、早期治疗是本病治疗的关键。

| Abstract: | The present paper explores the concept of multiple primary carcinoma, etiology, clinical features, treatment and prognosis. We analyzed the clinical data of two cases of coexisting and repeat gastrointestinal cancer and looked up relevant literatures to increase awareness of repeat cancer and reduce the clinical misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis. The key to the treatment of the disease is to strive for early diagnosis and early treatment. |
