米索前列醇联合利多卡因用于钳刮术的临床观察

摘    要:目的观察米索前列醇联合利多卡因宫旁神经阻滞麻醉在早孕钳刮术的临床疗效。方法选择100例自愿要求终止8~12周妊娠的患者随机分为两组,观察组50例术前3h口服米索前列醇0.4mg,术前3-5min在宫颈旁4.8点钟处各注射1%利多卡因2.5mL。对照组50例用宫颈扩张器逐号扩张宫颈后直接行钳刮术。观察两组宫颈口扩张程度、人流综合反应发生情况、手术时间及术中出血量。结果观察组与对照组相比,术前宫颈扩张程度高;人流综合反应发生率低;手术时间短,出血量少,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P〈0.01)。结论米索前列醇联合利多卡因宫旁神经阻滞麻醉用于早孕钳刮术效果好,操作简单、方便,副作用小,值得临床推广。

Clinical Observation of the Effect of Misoprostol Combined with Lidocaine Before Curettage

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of misoprostol combined with lidocaine under uterine nerve block anesthesia before curettage. Methods 100 patients with 8 ~ 12 weeks'pregnancy were randomly divided into two groups,the 50 patients in observation group took oral misoprostol 0.4mg before curettage, 5mL of 1% lidocaine was injected into the cervix before operation.The patients in control group didn't take medicine, the following between the two groups such as dilatation of cervix, the syndrome of artificial abortion, operative time and bleeding during operation were observed. Results There were marked differences (P〈 0.01), the observation group obtained better effect than control group, the dilatation of cervix was better, the syndrome of artificial abortion was less happening, the operative time was less,the bleeding was less. Conclusion Misoprostol combined with lidocaine under uterine nerve block anesthesia has good effect before curettage,with convenient operation,simple application and less side effect, it's worth clinically of spreading.
